Ohio State, West Virginia and Creighton are on the guest list for the Bad Boy Mowers Crossover Classic, which will be held November 25-27 in Sioux Falls, S.D. The men’s college basketball tournament with 12 games and eight teams will be broadcast on the ESPN family of channels. The first round matches will include: West Virginia v. Texas A&M, Ohio State v. Memphis, Creighton v. Utah and Dayton v. Wichita State. The event is a new version of Battle 4 Atlantis, the annual tournament in the Bahamas, which was cancelled last month due to delays in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic. Duke was the only team to drop out of the original Battle 4 Atlantis field and was replaced by Dayton. A limited number of fans will be admitted to the Sanford Pentagon arena, and masks will be required. The teams will remain in a controlled “bubble” environment and will be tested regularly for COVID-19. “We are privileged to welcome these eight teams to Sioux Falls and to provide them with a safe and memorable start to the season,” Jesse Smith, vice president of operations for the Sanford Sports Complex, told ESPN. -Field level media
